Guests and visitors arriving at the Magoebaskloof Hotel are greeted by an attractive entrance square with a magnificent mural and the bronze bust of King Makgoba. This opens out onto the expansive view of this legendary leader's famous valley and the hazy distance of the Lowveld.

Leading off from this square is the Reception area. A balcony area for al fresco dining and coffee shop service runs the length of the building and continues across the front, overlooking the valley.

The Coffee Bean coffee shop also has indoor seating and a comfortable lounge section with cozy fireplace. All day light snacks and meals, tempting cakes, gourmet coffees and freshly squeezed juice(when in season) are available.
Walk through to the impressive Tlou Restaurant, where an extensive à la Carte menu will tempt your appetite, as well as the ever popular Table d’hôte meals.

The Phoenix and Fireman Pub situated next to the Coffee Bean delivers a particularly special vibe. An impressive long cedarwood bar, huge fireplace for those chilly evenings, and digital widescreen for sport is offered.

There are five conference rooms, bowling green, swimming pool and forest walks. Rare Samango Monkeys are seen daily in the hotel environs.
